Despite their jingoistic attitude towards their commissions, Belsize Landscapes are realistic in their acceptance of the potential accidents which might occur during their projects. In this connection they hold a £5,000,000 Public Indemnity Bond with Bishopsgate Insurance Limited (renewable in June annually). This bond provides a total cover against any accidental injury or damage to a client or to a clients property (or to a third party). Belsize Landscapes are proud of their record that no claim has ever been necessary on this policy.

Robert Sergent-Fairley recently commented that no two projects have ever been the same and that no two days in his life have ever been the same. It is for this reason that every enquiry is treated individually; Robert makes a personal visit to each potential client to discuss their wishes and their requirements. He then blends these together with his own suggestions, the garden space available and the funds possible.
